1. The size of the central air-conditioning access port is generally 400mm*400mm, and the material of the access port is preferably ABS material. Traditional aluminum alloys require welding, while gypsum materials are too hard, brittle and bulky to install. ABS material has good flexibility, long life, no deformation, and can be dismantled and washed. It is very suitable for use as access material.
2. The central air conditioning inspection port is generally located on the left side of the air outlet or directly below the position close to the electrical box. If the size of the return air outlet is sufficient, the return air outlet can also be used as an inspection port, so there is no need to leave an inspection port. The setting of the access opening is not limited to one position, and should be designed according to the actual situation.
3. Under normal circumstances, the maintenance port needs to be invisible sealed. If the return air port is also used as the maintenance port, no sealing is required.
4. The decoration party is responsible for leaving the maintenance opening, and the air-conditioning construction unit is responsible for installing filters, etc. and sealing. The air-conditioning constructor should pay attention to whether the opening of the decoration party meets the requirements.
5. It is best not to put tall objects that hinder maintenance, such as wardrobes, bookshelves, etc. below the inspection opening.
